Product UX Designer

As we expand our offerings in our defense platform, we're looking for a Product UX Designer who can craft intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that empower defense forces and service providers worldwide. This role is tailor-made for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, turning user insights into design solutions that drive operational efficiency and decision-making prowess.

Your Mission

• Design user-centered interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts, to understand product requirements and user needs.
• Ensure designs adhere to established design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries for consistency and scalability.
• Contribute to and maintaining the design system with new components and features.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.
• Effectively communicate design rationale and present design solutions to stakeholders.

Your capabilities
Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process, from research to final deliverables.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar in creating interactive prototypes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of AI tools to create interactive prototypes such as Figma Make.
• Experience with design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.

Bonus Extras:

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Understanding of front-end development and HTML/CSS to inform design decisions.
