Production Line Maintenance Technician II
TLDR
Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment for the assembly and packaging of medical diagnostic tests with minimal supervision.
- Electrical circuits and components including prox switches, sensors, and relays
- Pneumatic devices, cylinders, Actuators, flow controls and valves
- Vacuum generators, pumps, switches, and support devices
- Servo and Stepper motors and controls
- AC and DC motor drives and controls including VFDs
- Linier actuators, encoders, and dispensing pumps
- Printing and labeling equipment
- Can use a VOM to diagnose and troubleshoot.
- Familiar with Vision systems, robotic systems, and ultra-sonic welders a plus.
- Working knowledge of facility support systems including Air compressors, standby generators, DI/ RO water systems and monitoring systems
- Ability to clearly communicate technical system issues to Maintenance Manager.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Trade school in a mechanical discipline desired.
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Must be able to work in heat, cold, indoor and outdoor working conditions.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs or heavier.
- Must be able to sit, stand, lift, climb ladders, and perform repetitive motion daily.
