Production Planner (human)

Your mission & challenges
As a Production Planner (human), you will play a key role in the operational planning and control of our manufacturing processes for innovative robotic and sensor systems. You ensure that production orders are efficiently scheduled, released on time, and executed smoothly – taking into account material availability, capacity, and production targets. With your organizational skills and process-oriented mindset, you contribute significantly to the performance of our digitalized manufacturing environment.
Your main tasks include:
Plan, check availability, and release production orders
Provide and maintain production documentation
Create, monitor, and adjust production schedules
Contribute to the further development of detailed production planning and control processes
Coordinate production deadlines based on material availability and capacity planning
Identify bottlenecks and develop measures to increase capacity
Act as an interface between production, purchasing, logistics, quality management, engineering, and sales
Take responsibility for inventory management and documentation
Monitor stock levels and work-in-progress inventory
Actively communicate with sales, production, and engineering teams to coordinate prototype and series production timelines
What we can look forward to
Completed training as an industrial clerk, technician, or a degree in business/engineering or a comparable qualification
Ideally, experience in an industrial company in the area of production planning or control
Confident handling of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
Solid knowledge of production planning and control processes
High level of initiative, assertiveness, and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Technical and entrepreneurial thinking with a structured, process-oriented working style
Strong team and communication skills
Problem-solving ability and mediation skills
