PRODUCTION PLANNER

We are looking for a Production Planning Specialist to support manufacturing operations, ensure production plans are met, and help maintain quality, safety, and efficiency across production areas.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage production plans to meet customer and R&D deadlines.
• Assign tasks and monitor production progress.
• Adjust plans in case of delays or non-standard situations.
• Monitor material and equipment procurement.
• Support and monitor production processes and work schedules.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and safety rules.
• Support investigation and resolution of non-conformities and defects.
• Lead or participate in MRB meetings when required.
• Maintain and update production processes and documentation.
• Support ERP system administration and updates.

 Qualifications:

• Secondary vocational education, preferably first-level higher education.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. 
• Good working knowledge of Excel (planning, tracking, basic analysis).
• Analytical with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Well-organized, structured and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Dynamics 365 and MonitorERP.
• Fluency in Latvian and English is required.
