We are currently inviting a Production Shift Supervisor to join our growing manufacturing team in our newly established facility in Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Zone Park, Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh (Formerly Bến Lức, Long An). Shuttle bus is provided from HCM to the factory.

Report line: Production Manager
In this role, you will:
- Manage daily shift operations and ensure the production plan is executed on time.
- Allocate manpower, machines, and materials according to production needs.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with SOPs, ESD requirements, and safety standards.
- Achieve shift targets (output, efficiency, downtime, and defect rate) and prepare shift reports.
- Participate in LEAN implementation and promote continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Kaizen.
- Supervise and coach operators and line leaders; evaluate work performance and maintain workplace discipline.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to resolve production issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and data entry in ERP/MES systems.
Requirements
- College degree or above, preferably in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing, including approximately 1–2 years in a supervisory position; EMS industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of production KPIs and LEAN/5S principles.
- Good command of English in both spoken and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in mechanical assembly of electronic products, electronics manufacturing, soldering processes, and Pick-and-Place (PnP) machine operation is an advantage.
