Position Summary

We’re seeking a full-time Production Specialist - Livestream (official title: Creative Content Production Specialist I) for our Los Angeles-based corporate office.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Technical Director during three weekly livestreams by helping each show remain aligned with the approved outline, timing, and production schedule.
  • Manage or assist with on-set support, real-time outline scrolling, show-flow tracking, and communication of timing or technical concerns during livestreams. 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on signal establishment, pre-show testing, technical readiness, and livestream quality assurance. 
  • Serve as a second set of eyes and ears during livestreams while the Technical Director manages camera switching, audio, and other technical functions.
  • Provide occasional hands-on production support in the studio or on location based on project budgets, staffing, and business needs.
  • Assist with equipment movement, C-stands, basic lighting setups, production supplies, general field support, and maintaining an organized and safe production environment.
  • Support campaign shoots, event captures, pop-up events, internal productions, and other company initiatives by helping execute approved production plans, shot lists, and creative direction.
  • Provide expanded production coordination or line producer support when needed.
  • Provide administrative, vendor, permitting, payment, scheduling, or on-set support during periods of high production volume to help projects remain on schedule, within approved budgets, and operationally efficient. 
  • Serve as the central communication point between producers, internal teams, China-based teams, production crew, freelancers, vendors, rental houses, locations, and service providers. 
  • Draft onboarding paperwork for production crew members, freelancers, and vendors using approved company and budget templates.
  • Coordinate crew and vendor availability and follow up on missing forms, signatures, invoices, insurance documents, agreements, and other required materials. 
  • Review invoices, rates, engagement details, approved budgets, and purchase orders and submit payment requests.

Job Requirements

  • Professional experience in production coordination, production administration, vendor management, livestream production, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience preparing onboarding documents, crew paperwork, vendor paperwork, invoices, payment requests, purchase orders, or production budgets.
  • Ability to manage multiple productions, vendors, deadlines, and administrative processes simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with internal teams, external vendors, freelancers, crew members, and international stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Live, or similar livestream platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis-management abilities.
  • Willingness to provide hands-on production support in the studio and on location.
  • Available for three weekly livestreams on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 6:00–8:00 PM PT.
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional production needs and last-minute schedule changes, generally with at least 48 hours’ notice.
