Reporting to: Head of Building Operations QA & Compliance

Position Goals & Objectives

We are looking for an experienced Program & Projects Director to supervise a wide range of projects. You will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of project rollouts across the department and directly manage high-impact projects.  The goal is to ensure every project will be delivered successfully in line with overall department goals and add the highest possible value to the organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that projects across Operations are aligned with business priorities and delivered on time, within budget

• Directly manage high-impact, high visibility projects

• Drive consistent use of project management tools, communication and roll-out strategies across all functions in the department

• Provide feedback and guidance to stakeholders across the department so their projects are effectively delivered

• Collaborate with regional & global teams on the development of standards, quality assurance frameworks, policies and procedures

• Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements

• Identify opportunities for collaboration between teams and their projects

• Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people

• Maintain open lines of communication with operations stakeholders around the world and serve as a point of escalation and feedback for key initiatives

• Deliver timely updates on department initiatives, programs and projects

• Support program management of projects beyond Building Operations, extending to wider Business Operations and other teams
