The Program Management Lead will ensure that all projects and programs are managed with detailed timelines and KPIs.  As a result of developing and implementing the appropriate tools, this individual will enable the tracking, visualization, and progress of Motif’s portfolio of projects (including forecasted spending) to be available and reviewable by management.  Reporting directly to the CEO, he/she will also be responsible for planning leadership team meetings and tracking corporate objectives across all company initiatives. This individual will also be responsible for creating materials for board, investor, and partner meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all projects and programs throughout the company
  • Manage portfolios and track pipelines
  • Plan and record team meetings and distribute action items
  • Track corporate objectives and report on results
  • Plan board meetings and prepare necessary materials
  • Coordinate across all internal Motif functions

Pivotal Experience & Expertise

  • MBA or equivalent work experience
  • High-level expertise in project and program management
  • Broad set of business experience in different roles across the commercial operations spectrum, including supply chain, project management, R&D, and operations
  • Experience in science, technology, or food and nutrition industries
  • Capacity for high-volume work and ability to prioritize against multiple objectives and tasks
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to get groups aligned and motivated against goals
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volume of documents and materials
  • In-depth knowledge of food and food ingredient industries
  • Ability to network internally and externally with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Understanding of business models and ability to build complex ROI and/or NPV models for assessing portfolio worth
  • Ability to travel, as necessary
