Project Manager (Budget Management)

Clarivate is seeking a Project Manager (Budget Management) to oversee budget management and financial operations across the IP Marketing organization. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders to manage spend, track budgets, coordinate procurement activities, and ensure accurate financial reporting. You'll play a key role in driving process efficiency, maintaining financial visibility, and supporting effective decision-making through accurate tracking and analysis.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• 5 years of relevant professional experience (project management, budget management).
• Proficient level of English language
• Proficient level of advanced Excel
• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience

It would be great if you also have . . .

• Experience with invoice management, budget tracking, procurement processes, or other finance-related responsibilities is highly preferred.
• Experience with tools such as Coupa, Ironclad, and Wrike are a plus.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Manage marketing budgets and spend tracking, ensuring accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of expenses against approved budgets.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and renewals, maintaining compliance with internal procurement and financial processes.
• Partner closely with Finance and key stakeholders to support budget planning, financial reporting, forecasting, and spend reconciliation activities.
• Maintain and update financial records, dashboards, and tracking tools, proactively following up on outstanding actions to ensure timely and accurate completion of processes.
• Run regular meetings with key marketing team members to review financial report and reconcile budget reports.

Hours of Work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone (9-17h OR 10-18h).

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
