Project Manager / Functional Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager / Functional Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of client projects by overseeing all aspects, from budget management to team collaboration and customer interactions. You will serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, delivering projects efficiently, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Project Leadership and Client Engagement
  

1. 1. Lead NetSuite eCommerce implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring alignment with clients’ goals and timelines.
   2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting regular status meetings, presenting updates, and addressing concerns.
   3. Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Resource and Task Management:
  

1. 1. Help in planning, organizing and allocating internal resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
   2. Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and risks to ensure successful delivery.

• Documentation and Communication:

1. 1. Develop and maintain project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), status reports, and risk assessments.
   2. Foster clear and professional communication with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing.

• Process Improvement:
  

1. 1. Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive continuous improvement within the project lifecycle.
   2. Ensure compliance with best practices and methodologies for project management.

• Team Collaboration:
  

1. 1. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and support staff, to meet project goals.
   2. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• 2+ years of experience in project management or functional consulting, preferably in e-commerce or ERP implementation projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred

• Experience working with NetSuite or similar ERP or eCommerce systems.
• Understanding of e-commerce processes and workflows.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management for project oversight.
