About the Role

We're looking for a Project Manager who can turn complex, real-world problems into clear plans - and keep mission-critical work moving without losing sight of the details. You'll work closely with our development teams and stakeholders to shape how Estonia's vital systems evolve, balancing diverse challenges with a steady hand and sound judgement.

This is a role for someone who sees the big picture but knows that projects are won or lost in the details.

You'll thrive here if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience leading software development projects.
• Have delivered at least one substantial IT development project, from planning through to release.
• Ask "why" before "how" - and know how to turn the answer into a plan a team can actually execute.
• Communicate clearly and calmly with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Are comfortable working in both Estonian and English (at least B2 level).
