Project Manager Officer – Media Solutions (VidiNet & BMS)

Vidispine GmbH delivers leading media and broadcast solutions worldwide, including cloud-based media platforms and broadcast management systems.

We are looking for a Project Manager Officer (Team Leader) to lead the successful delivery of strategic customer projects across VidiNet and BMS solutions while managing and developing teams.

This is a client-facing leadership role combining:

• Technical project delivery
• Team leadership
• Operational ownership
• Customer and stakeholder management

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects and programs
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, escalations, and customer communication
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and SteerCo meetings
• Lead requirements gathering and support scope definition and change requests
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery
• Own delivery KPIs including forecast accuracy, revenue forecast and realization, utilization, project profitability / PS margin and delivery performance
• Lead and mentor Professional Services Engineers and Project Managers
• Support hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across delivery processes

What you bring

• Seasoned experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Professional Services leadership
• Experience delivering complex customer-facing technical projects
• Experience managing direct reports (mandatory)
• Background in media, broadcast, MAM, or content management environments
• Strong understanding of software delivery methodologies, technical integrations and cloud environments, scope and change management and forecasting and operational KPIs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• PMP certification is a strong plus
