Project Manager Strategy (human)

TLDR

Lead and coordinate strategic projects to scale the business, drive international expansion, and align cross-functional leadership on growth.

Your mission & challenges

As part of our team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to scale our business. You will be responsible for the implementation of various topics and ensure that our ambitious goals are achieved.

  • Strategy development and implementation: You will work closely with the CEO, COO, CTO as well as our leadership team to define and implement our long-term growth strategy

  • Project management: You will lead and coordinate strategic projects and ensure that they are completed on time, within budget and to the desired scope

  • Development and expansion of business cases (e.g. spin-offs, new products, national companies, etc.): You coordinate the legal and administrative steps to establish new subsidiaries in different countries

  • Operational setup: You set up the operational structures and ensure that they are seamlessly integrated into our existing structures

  • Responsibility and coordination: You coordinate the cooperation between central and local teams and report regularly to the management team

  • Financial management: You monitor the budget and financial performance of your projects and pay attention to quality and budget

What we can look forward to

  • Several years of experience in project management with a focus on strategic projects and international expansion

  • In-depth understanding of market analysis, strategy development and implementation

  • Strong intercultural competence and experience in setting up international structures

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Analytical skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment

  • Entrepreneurial mindset - ability to discover new business opportunities and implement them with a clear focus on business success

  • Fluency in German and English is required, additional language skills are an advantage
