Project Manager, Technology Build (CGT) - Contract-to-Hire

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Project Manager, Technology Build to support the development of Longitude CGT's technology platform. This role will coordinate schedules, meetings, milestones, dependencies, and action items across Longitude CGT, our technology development partner, and health system stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings structure to complex, evolving work, communicates clearly, and proactively keeps projects moving. This role is well suited for someone who can work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-moving startup environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules and calendars across Longitude CGT team members, technology development partners, and health system stakeholders.

• Schedule and administer recurring and ad hoc project meetings, ensuring the appropriate clinical, operational, technical, and business stakeholders are engaged.

• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and other project communications for routine and ad hoc meetings.

• Attend project meetings and maintain structured documentation capturing meeting purpose, key discussion points, decisions, action items, owners, and due dates.

• Maintain action-item logs and follow up with owners to support timely completion.

• Track project phases, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Identify and escalate scheduling conflicts, delays, and risks that may impact timelines.

• Support coordination of technology sprints, releases, engineering handoffs, testing, and implementation activities, as applicable.

• Maintain clear project documentation and visibility across stakeholder groups.

• Provide project and administrative support to keep the technology build organized and on track.

• Adapt to evolving priorities and contribute wherever needed to support successful execution.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, technology, project management, or a related field required.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of project management, project coordination, or related experience required.

• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, schedules, meetings, and deliverables.

• Experience managing project documentation and action-item follow-through.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong follow-through with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams, external partners, and health system stakeholders.

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, evolving startup environment.

• Technology project management experience, including sprints, releases, or engineering handoffs, preferred.

• Healthcare or health IT experience preferred.

Equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree or years of experience may be considered, provided the candidate can demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the role.
