Our expert teams bring a startup-driven mindset, focusing on innovation, collaboration, and efficiency in every project. At CoreStar, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills, tackle exciting challenges, and directly contribute to impactful products.
📌 About the role:
We're looking for a QA Team Lead to own the quality of our web products end-to-end.
This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll shape testing strategy, stay close to the technical work, and grow a team you're proud of. If you enjoy combining deep QA expertise with the satisfaction of building people and processes, and want your work to have a direct, visible impact on what we deliver, we'd love to hear from you.

✔️ Diplomatic, but delivery-driven — you navigate differing opinions across dev, design, and business teams with tact, while keeping everyone focused on targets and shipping on time
✔️ Positive and resilient — you bring a constructive, solution-oriented mindset, especially under pressure, and that energy lifts the people around you
✔️ Analytically sharp — you break down complex problems methodically, prioritize by risk and impact, and back your decisions with evidence
✔️ A natural leader — you mentor, unblock, and grow your team, earning trust through ownership rather than authority
📌 What skills you need to have:
✔️ 5+ years of QA work experience, incl. 1+ years on any leadership position
✔️ Practical experience with the risk-based and priority-based QA processes
✔️ Solid knowledge of testing processes, methodologies, test documentation, client-server architecture
✔️ Experience in cross-platform web apps testing, incl. working with REST API, tools like Postman, Swagger, DevTools
✔️ Experience with any autotest framework, understanding of GIT and CI/CD processes
✔️ Experience in monitoring, logging systems (Grafana, Coralogix)
✔️ English B1 +
📌 What you will be responsible for:
✔️ Managing team of 4-6 remote QAs, align on requirements, resolve issues, and ensure product quality on delivery
✔️ Working closely with the dev, design and other business operations teams to ensure smooth product delivery and timely issues' solutions
✔️ Perform manual and automation testing of web applications for all levels - API, UI, E2E for company's web-sites
✔️ Write and maintain existing test documentation, incl. test cases, test plans, test strategies, etc.
✔️ Onboarding, mentoring and continuous knowledge-sharing within the team
