Quality Engineer

We are looking for a talented Quality Engineer to join our team and contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects related to Banking Products.

Responsibilities

•      Strong Banking/Financial Services testing background

•      Strong automation testing experience with a focus on regression optimization

•      Experience testing Event-Driven Architectures (Kafka/Event Streams)

•      Experience leading SIT planning and execution for large transformation programs

•      Strong UAT coordination and business support experience

•      Ability to manage cross-module dependencies and defect triage

•      Experience working with Architecture, Development, Business and Vendor teams

•      Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

•      Experience mentoring and guiding distributed QA teams

•      Familiarity with IQP / BOB and Quality Engineering best practices

•      Practical adoption of GenAI for test design, analysis, reporting and productivity improvements

Requirements

•      Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field

•      5+ years of experience in QA

•      Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English

•      Strong leadership skills, collaborative spirit, sense of ownership, and accountability

•      Completion of military obligations, if applicable

•      Strong decision-making ability and capacity to resolve technical conflicts

•      Clear communication of architecture decisions to both technical and business stakeholders

•      Liaison with client enterprise architecture teams

•      Able to perform under pressure

•      Strong, execution-focused profile able to support SIT/UAT leadership, automation adoption, event-driven testing, and cross-module integration activities

•      Fluent in Greek; proficiency in English

Nice to Have

•      Knowledge of Microservices, Kubernetes, Istio

•      Experience with Orchestration/Workflow testing

•      Exposure to A&A / Security / Authorization testing

•      Awareness of the full testing lifecycle (SIT / UAT / Performance Testing)
