Radio Network Optimization Engineer
TLDR
Analyze and optimize network performance for Huawei's 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies, providing strategic recommendations for improvements and training stakeholders.
- Huawei 2G/3G/4G (5G is a plus) network performance management and optimization.
- Responsible for analyzing of Virtual Drive Test (analyzing, reporting, presenting, etc.)
- Responsible for giving recommendation to improve KPIs after analysis
- Responsible for solving Customer Complaint Problems and Analysis.
- Responsible for all scheduled and non-scheduled tests analyzing.
- Responsible for 2G / 3G /4,5G (& 5G) KPI performance analysis.
- Responsible for 2G / 3G /4,5G (& 5G) statistics analysis and problems disposal.
- Responsible for giving training to Vodafone about Huawei Tools.
- Responsible for making analysis with Geo-location Tool
- Responsible against Vodafone Regional Planning & Optimization Manager
Requirements
- BSc or MSc degree in Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering,
- 5+ years experience in RF Planning & Optimization for GSM, 3+ years 3G Planning/Optimization; at least 3 years 4,5 experience required + 5G Experience
- Experience Level of Huawei Geo-location Tools
- Good knowledge of M2000,Mapinfo and related Tests Tools
- Good knowledge at 2G / 3G /4,5G & 5G planning and optimization processes, analysis/monitoring.
- Good knowledge of Huawei Equipment.
- Good knowledge of Huawei 2G &3G&4,5G&5G features and parameters.
- Good level in both written/spoken English.
