Razorpay Capital - Relationship Manager

We are looking for Relationship Managers to work with strategy team to set up and operate a new BU - Razorpay Capital to help achieve the company's goals

Job Profile:

• Work on scouting and maintaining a long-term relationship with our partner NBFC/Banks.
• Work with strategy team on BU setup, with responsibility for researching the market, primary players, customers etc. and building comprehensive reports for consumption across the leadership team
• Market research & scouting for key partners for setting and managing the marketplace ecosystem
• Continuous tracking of competition and building a live report on insights
• Track key business metrics and build forecasting models
• Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written
• Track regulatory changes in the ecosystem and predict the impact
• Provide feedback and coordinate with the tech/product team to get the relevant integrations done
• Work with the data analytics team to build the relevant underwriting solutions for the clients

Skills Required:

• Very strong written communication
• Experience in Underwriting
• Hands-on analytical experience in previous organizations
• Ability to research and collate different sources of data
• Ability to understand different regulatory systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn tech software
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with partners
• Previous sales/customer service/account management experience
• An organized approach to work
• Hardworking with strong work ethics

Experience Required:

• Overall 4+ Years in the Lending ecosystem
