 We are looking for an excellent R&D Lab Manager to join our team in Israel.

The position is hybrid - 4 days a week from the office, and 1 day from home.

Job Description:

• Manage lab technicians, including task allocation, daily supervision, and support to ensure efficient, high-quality lab operations.
• Manage the administrative and operational activities of the R&D lab.
• Guide, supervise, and support test execution.
• Lead verification and validation testing activities for new products and components.
• Manage projects related to lab activities and operational improvements.
• Manage and maintain lab equipment and supplies, including equipment tracking, calibration, and compliance with lab procedures.
• Responsible for environmental monitoring and waste disposal within the R&D lab and R&D facilities, in accordance with lab procedures.
• Participate in departmental problem-solving activities, including critical/root cause analysis.
• Follow and implement data integrity and GDP requirements in lab operations.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Sc /Practical Engineer in life science or other related subjects
• Job skills:
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience as a lab manager in similar industry
  • Highly organized and level-headed, to ensure all lab operations run smoothly
  • Must be able to multitask and plan
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, such as the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Computer skills: Proficiency in Office products - Must
• Language skills: Fluent English - writing and oral
• Personality:
