Responsibilities:
- Define technical direction and architecture for white label React Native platform
- Establish and govern modularization standards across engineering teams
- Drive adoption of design systems, feature management, and testing strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical roadmap with business objectives
- Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams
- Own mobile platform reliability, performance, and scalability
- Lead CI/CD strategy, release governance, and app store compliance
- Represent mobile engineering in organizational technical decisions
Requirements:
- 5+ years mobile development experience, with 4+ years in React Native leadership roles
- Mastery of React Native ecosystem, architecture patterns, and performance optimization
- Proven leadership of 2-4 squads or platform teams with measurable outcome
- Proven experience scaling white-label platforms to hundreds of variants
- Governance of multi-package monorepos and release automation across 100+ variants
- Expert in design systems, feature management, and testing strategies
- Track record of building and leading engineering teams
- Strong experience with release automation and app store processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic thinking with hands-on technical capabilities
