About the position:

We are looking for a process and a systems-oriented person who is analytical, well organized and experienced in interdepartmental coordination. This role would involve working closely with our pan-India real estate growth team. The role entails assistance with planning, strategy, project management, and financial analysis of upcoming hubs.

What you will do:

• Responsible for key metrics and business trends to internal customers and management team.
• Execute quantitative and qualitative analysis including financial analysis for the feasibility of new locations and help in creating business cases to be presented to the management team.
• Able to perform efficiently in a multitasking project environment with attention to detail.
• Run and manage our CRM system, and create relevant reports to drive insights and process improvement
• Comfortable with solving unstructured problems and coming up with innovative solutions.
• Manage projects across functional teams with an objective to ensure the firm achieves its monthly, quarterly and annual real estate growth targets

Who you are:

2+ Years of experience in working as a Business Analyst or Operations Analyst in Real Estate Industry. Ideally has worked with CRM or pipeline management systems.

What you will need:

• Excellent financial modeling skills. Proficient in Excel
• Excellent presentation skills in PowerPoint
• Research and analysis skills to present points for future strategy and growth
• Good Communication Skills (written and oral): Would need to interact with people at various levels across departments
• Have a good understanding of commercial real estate market of India.
• Working knowledge of Coworking operations is a plus but not mandatory.
