Recruiting Coordinator

Our Recruiting Team is looking to bring the best and brightest to Optimizely. In this role, you will be working with both technical and non-technical teams to provide a high-touch candidate experience to every person who interviews. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will have a front seat to the inner workings of a high-growth startup and help put processes in place to ensure we grow and scale at lightning speed.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers daily to ensure alignment across various functions. 
• Become a subject matter expert with our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and Google Apps.
• Greet candidates with a smile, conduct office tours and ensure that the interview experience is stellar!
• Schedule interviews, team syncs and other events.
• Attend various recruiting networking events to stay abreast of best in class recruiting trends.
• Continually refine the recruiting process and make recommendations to provide for the best candidate experience. 

What we’re looking for:

• You have been a recruiting coordinator/HR assistant for a high growth start-up, and you absolutely love the job.
• You are an organizational mastermind.  
• Outstanding communication, organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills; demonstrable initiative, creativity, and flexibility.
• You are a whiz with Google Apps, and consider yourself to be quite tech savvy.
• You embrace change with a great attitude and feel comfortable with ambiguity.
