Personiv is hiring a RPO Sourcing Specialists to join our fast-growing team. In this role, the Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing talent for all levels of positions in a variety of industries.  The RPO Sourcing Specialist will leverage search engine and job board resources to generate candidate leads and share candidate information with internal team recruiters to facilitates an effective search process. Main responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

• Creating innovative candidate sourcing strategies to fill job openings
• Proactively conducting research and investigating new ideas to execute innovative sourcing strategies
• Consistently grow the candidate pipeline, filling it with high caliber candidates through multiple sourcing channels
• Posting available positions on job boards to increase available candidate pool
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with ability to meeting deadlines, focus on details, and providing excellent customer service to internal team partners
• Partner with recruiters to understand the skills and background requirements for job requisition orders
• Provide status reports on sourcing efforts and pipelining activity on a regular basis
• Build networks and unique strategies to find qualified passive candidates

Qualifications:

• RECRUITMENT or U.S. RPO BACKGROUND is a plus, particularly in the area of candidate sourcing
• Data analysis or research analyst experience is a plus
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa city
• Excellent communications skills with reading and writing the English language
• Post available positions on the internet to increase available candidate pool
• Enjoy working in complex and fast-paced environments
• Ability to operate as a true team player and develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals in the organization
