Schedule: M-F 2-4pm, starting M/W/F (2-4pm or 3-5pm) then increasing to 5 days/week after 3 weeks
Location: In-home – Escondido, California
Pay: $25.00 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a young client (early intervention, ages 2-6) to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

  • Collect and record accurate session data

  • Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals

  • Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

Qualifications

  • Active RBT Certification (required)

  • CPR Training (required)

  • Experience with early intervention (ages 2-6) preferred

  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
