Remote | Senior SEO Specialist - OLX Real Estate

For the European Real Estate Product team we are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our office in Poznan or remote. We’re a team of 5,000 ambitious, curious people building marketplace platforms that make it super easy for anyone to buy and sell almost anything, boosting local economies. 

What you will be doing

• Be responsible for SEO roadmap that grows all our European platforms across mobile web, desktop and apps.
• Work with local agencies to identify needed product capabilities for SEO.
• Identify and execute together with engineers technical SEO issues.
• Work with the development team to build internal SEO tools.
• Identify needed changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• Create roadmap and backlog with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
• Maximize the volume of inbound organic traffic from search engines to a website.
• Set up and maintain a solid monitoring and reporting system to create transparency about our organic search performance with local Marketing teams.

Who we’re looking for:

• Hands-on SEO experience with a strong technical focus.
• You like to solve problems, dig into data and find creative solutions.
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Semrush, etc).
• Experience with Google’s Keyword Tool, Google Search Console, etc.
• A background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations.
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
• Intermediate English written and spoken skills.
• You have the capability to align with stakeholders and colleagues across many regions.
