Research (Professional) - Wagner Lab

The incumbent will be responsible for tasks related to the execution and analysis of preclinical lab functions. Tasks could include, but are not limited to, performing laboratory testing, developing materials, managing data collection, data input, evaluation and analysis, and participating in the design and planning of research protocols. Experience with preclinical behavioral and biological marker assays and related equipment and software required.

This position is based out of UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, Lawrenceville Campus (Rangos Lab). The issuance of satisfactory Pennsylvania State Child Protection Clearances and TB testing will be required upon hire. (A preemployment TB test is utilized to pre-emptively prevent the spread of tuberculosis to medical and healthcare professionals as well as patients.)

A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position and a Bachelor's degree is Preferred.
