Rev Ops Business Analyst
TLDR
Empower sourcing, onboarding, and customer success by turning data into actionable insights, building dashboards, forecasts, and executive-ready analyses.
Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like pipeline evolution, win/loss rates, velocity, and quota attainment.
Conduct in-depth analysis of PPs/COS data to identify trends, patterns, and operational areas for improvement.
Equip field ops and leadership teams with weekly and monthly performance decks, including actionable insights and recommendations.
Analyze historical data and market trends to generate accurate sourcing and renewal forecasts at Malt, Segment, and Organization levels.
Build and maintain the framework enabling weekly forecasts, yearly budgets, and bottom-up bottom line consolidated reports for C-Levels.
Provide quarterly sales performance analysis and build reporting frameworks for managers to conduct individual reviews.
Collaborate with field sales ops, central sales ops, and tool ops to analyze the funnels, streamline processes, and monitor optimization impact.
High level education, ideally with a Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research) or Business.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in a fast-paced and quantitative environment (start-up, scale-up, consulting…).
Full-stack data analyst mastery, writing SQL perfectly with experience in ETLs, data modelization tools (dbt), simple Python scripting, and data visualization tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau…).
Fluent level of English combined with strong communication, presentation-building, and storytelling skills.
Good business acumen with a "hacker" mindset to leverage technology, alongside experience in automating tools and reports with AI (preferred).
