Revenue Coordinator

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Coordinator to join our team. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working across commercial processes, analysis, reporting, and cross-functional coordination in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Revenue function and the execution of commercial initiatives;
• Develop business analyses, pricing models, financial forecasts and management reports to support commercial decision-making;
• Translate approved commercial terms into clearly defined partner contracts and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely execution;
• Monitor commercial performance, KPIs and action plans, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement;
• Coordinate the operational activities of the Pricing Committee, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes and follow-up of agreed actions;
• Contribute to the optimization and automation of Revenue processes, promoting the effective use of AI tools to improve productivity, reporting and operational efficiency;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of commercial and strategic projects.

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills with practical work experience, and ability to use AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and support operational tasks;
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurately under deadlines;
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and improve processes;
• University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field;
• Relevant experience in business support, revenue operations, finance, pricing, or commercial coordination is an advantage;
• Strong English communication skills.
