Our products

We have a suite of API products that automate tax-related workflows for any internet company. Those products are Lookup, Tax, Invoicing, and Reporting.

We may discover novel customer needs as we learn, and spin up new products as needed.

About the role

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to partner with our Chief Revenue Officer and drive Fonoa’s go-to-market vision. We are looking for someone who will proactively identify and lead strategic initiatives for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations, that will optimize current efforts while developing a framework that allows for scalability and growth.

What you will be doing:

  • Learn about how painful it is for companies to handle tax manually, and think about how our systems are changing the status quo
  • Assisting with go-to-market strategy and planning with the Sales and Marketing leadership team
  • Designing and building a best-in-class revenue technology stack
  • Manage dashboards and build revenue forecasts so teams can easily understand business health and meet goals
  • Compensation and incentive planning with the Sales leadership team and defining pipeline targets and tracking progress to goal
  • Delivering key insights and reporting to the Revenue leadership in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting meetings
  • Owning the end-to-end process of tracking and analyzing the revenue funnel from lead to customer and delivering regular insights to the business
  • Developing key metrics that provide insights into sales performance and operational efficiency
  • Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and forecasting for the sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends that will materially impact our growth trajectory
  • Work cross-functionally with customer success, sales, business operations, finance, product, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to share insights and centralize information
  • Change Leadership: Provide recommendations on changes and design enhancements to improve processes, customer experience, and performance.
  • Team Leadership: Effectively coach team members to their fullest potential. Mitigate conflict and communication problems. Ensure the team is unified on a common goal and strategy.
  • You will also work closely with the founders to support hiring, organizational planning, as well as developing team members and guiding their professional growth.

You would be a great fit if:

  • You are fully proficient in English. Written and spoken, as we are a bunch from around the world, but we work in English.
  • 5+ years of experience in building and leading Revenue Operations or Business Operations teams in a fast-growing company; direct experience with B2B SaaS products, solutions, or ecosystems preferred.
  • Experience with support tools and platforms like Hubspot, Zendesk and JIRA.
  • Expert in driving results and outcomes while solving complex business problems, both individually and through direct reports.
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to partner effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, along with day-to-day users of the software.
  • Team and goal-oriented. High output; low ego.
  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS post-sale support motion and technical curiosity is a plus.
