Job Description:

Join our Risk Management team to gain hands-on experience implementing ISO 31000-based enterprise risk management in a fast-growing SaaS company. You will work directly with process owners across various divisions and report to the Risk Management Specialist.

• Document end-to-end business processes across multiple divisions through interviews and working sessions with risk owners.
• Support risk identification process, control activities analysis, and help maintain overall Enterprise Risk Register.
• Assist in ad-hoc risk assessments triggered by auditors, executives, or other divisions, focusing on data gathering and documentation.

Requirements:

Must Have

• Final-year S1 student or above, preferably in Accounting, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Foundational knowledge of ISO 31000 (risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and treatment).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to engage directly with stakeholders across all levels.

Nice to Have

• Familiar with ISO 27001 and ISO 27701.
• Relevant certifications or coursework (e.g., ISO 31000 Foundation, ERMCP, GRC-related courses on Coursera/edX).
• Prior exposure to SaaS or technology environments.
