What does a Contracts Manager do?

A Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing, managing, and coordinating all aspects of an organization's contracts. This includes everything from drafting contracts and negotiating terms to facilitating contract approval processes and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and obligations. In a startup context, the Contracts Manager may also have a more hands-on role in the day-to-day management of contracts and may be directly involved in negotiations with clients, partners, and suppliers.
