Corporate Paralegal Jobs

What does a Corporate Paralegal do?

A Corporate Paralegal is a legal professional who works in a corporate setting under the supervision of a licensed attorney. Their primary task is to carry out substantive legal work that the law otherwise allows an attorney to perform. They are instrumental in making sure that all the corporation's legal affairs are in order, from drafting legal documents to conducting legal research. As their role can vary in a startup, they might also take on managing contracts, ensuring proper filing of legal and corporate documents, and liaising with external legal teams.
