What does a UX Researcher do?

A UX Researcher is a user experience professional who spends much of their time understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations. They utilize different research methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and ethnographic studies to gain insights. These insights are then put into comprehensive reports that help design and development teams in startups to create user-friendly products or services.
