The Opportunity
As a Sales Associate, you won't just be making dials; you’ll be building a lucrative pipeline. You will connect with property managers, HOAs, and real estate professionals to educate them on safety compliance and secure inspection contracts. If you are a relationship-builder who loves the thrill of closing a deal, this is your playground.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt & Win: Identify and qualify fresh leads through strategic outreach (calls, emails, and networking events).
- Consult & Close: Conduct virtual or in-person consultations to show property owners how we solve their compliance headaches.
- Build a Network: Cultivate long-term relationships with local property managers, HOAs, and contractors.
- Collaborate: Partner with our operations and field inspection teams to ensure a seamless experience for your clients from contract to completion.
- Track Your Success: Keep your pipeline organized in our CRM system so you never miss a follow-up or a commission check.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience (bonus points if you have a background in real estate, construction, or home services).
- Communication: Natural communicators who can build rapport with anyone over the phone or in person.
- Mindset: Self-starters who don't wait to be told what to do—you see a target and go after it.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce is a major plus.
- Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge asset but not required.
