Sales Associate (Night Shift)

Role Overview

  • The Sales Associate is a high-impact execution role focused on improving sales efficiency and pipeline scalability.
  • Working closely with Account Executives, this role drives pipeline discipline, coordinates pre-sales, and ensures seamless execution across the sales cycle—from opportunity tracking to deal closure.
  • This role does not carry a quota but plays a critical part in revenue generation by enabling sellers to operate with greater focus, speed, and precision.
  • Based in Manila, Philippines, this role supports EMEA and Americas markets and operates on a night shift schedule to ensure alignment with global stakeholders. Time: 6:00 PM - 3: 00 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Pipeline Excellence
    Maintain CRM accuracy, track deal progression, and proactively manage timelines, next steps, and pipeline health.
  • Lead Proposal & RFP Execution
    Develop high-quality proposals, manage RFP processes end-to-end, and coordinate cross-functional inputs with speed and accuracy.
  • Drive Pre-Sales Coordination
    Partner with Growth and Analysts to ensure deals are fully scoped, feasible, and positioned for success.
  • Enable Sales Efficiency
    Streamline workflows across scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination to keep deals moving forward.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or business development
  • Strong command of CRM systems (HubSpot or equivalent) and pipeline management
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Comfortable working with sales metrics, reporting, and process improvement
  • Proactive, ownership-driven, and execution-focused

Nice to have:
Experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or mobile marketing
