Sales Designer (Furniture)

About the Role

As a Sales Designer, you will combine sales expertise with design sensibility to help clients create refined and personalized living spaces. You will represent world-class furniture brands and work closely with clients, designers, and industry professionals to deliver premium home furnishings that reflect both function and style.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement and Sales
  • Engage with clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and home space requirements
  • Recommend premium furnishings and home solutions tailored to client needs
  • Drive showroom sales by delivering a high level of personalized service
• Design Consultation
  • Assist clients in visualizing and curating cohesive living spaces
  • Stay updated on furniture collections, materials, and design innovations
• Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, interior designers, and industry partners
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor in luxury furniture and home design
  • Ensure a seamless and positive client experience from inquiry to after-sales
• Brand and Showroom Support
  • Represent globally recognized brands such as Ethan Allen, Fendi Casa, B&B Italia, Louis Poulsen, and Maxalto
  • Support and contribute to maintaining showroom activity standards and brand presentation

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a passion for design and aesthetics
• Personable, confident, and able to engage high-end clientele
• Entrepreneurial and Customer-centric mindset

Nice-to-Have (Optional but recommended!)

• Experience in sales, retail, or design-related roles
• Knowledge of furniture, interiors, or luxury home products
• Passion and experience working with premium or lifestyle brands
• Comfortable using new technology and software tools to make work more efficient and productive
