Sales Development Representative

TLDR

Own multi-channel outbound outreach to qualify prospects and fuel discovery calls for premium staff augmentation services.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

    • Prospect, qualify, and engage potential clients for Arvios' premium staff augmentation services
    • Educate prospects on the benefits of our embedded partnership model with clarity and conviction
    • Set high-quality discovery calls for our CEO — your pipeline directly fuels our growth
    • Manage outbound outreach across multiple channels — calls, emails, and LinkedIn
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM
    • Follow up consistently and strategically to move prospects through the pipeline
    • Collaborate closely with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
    • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and conversion targets

    WHO YOU ARE

      • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (Required)
      • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
      • Familiar with staff augmentation, BPO, or professional services sales is a strong plus
      • A confident, persuasive communicator who builds rapport quickly and naturally
      • Resilient and self-motivated — you treat every "not yet" as a future opportunity
      • Highly organized with strong follow-through and CRM discipline
      • Strategic thinker who tailors outreach based on prospect needs, not just a script
      • Comfortable working independently and hitting targets in a fully remote setup

        HOME OFFICE REQUIREMENTS (MUST PROVIDE SCREENSHOT)

        • Stable internet connection with at least 100 Mbps postpaid
        • Laptop/Computer Specs: (at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or up)
        • Noise-Cancelling Headset
        • Dual Monitor is mandatory
        • Backup Internet Connection (Prepaid Home WIFI Router or Pocket WIFI) and Power Outage Backup
