TLDR

Drive regional sales targets, build client relationships, and oversee technical proposals, bidding, cross-functional coordination, and delivery issues.

工作职责:

  • 完成所负责区域的销售目标、业务发展活动和当地市场策略;
  • 发展客户关系,跟进项目;
  • 制定并实施技术方案、报价、投标流程等;
  • 必要时协调跨职能部门和外部合作伙伴;
  • 与生产运营(OPS)协调跟进交货和生产问题;
  • 销售报告,合同流程,客户信息及其他销售相关文件的归档。

岗位要求:

  • 大学本科及以上学历,暖通相关专业或者机械、电气或者其他理工类专业背景;
  • 至少3年以上相关领域销售工作经验;
  • 有跨国公司工作经验者优先;
  • 熟练使用Microsoft office, Auto CAD等软件;
  • 书面英语能力,口语佳者优先;
  • 较强的人际关系、谈判和影响能力;
  • 自我激励,积极主动,为人正直;
  • 有独立处理项目的经验;
  • 积极、开放的心态,精力充沛;
  • 良好的沟通能力;
  • 具有主观能动性和专业知识。
