The ideal candidate will excel in conducting discovery calls, delivering compelling demos, and closing deals efficiently. You will own the sales process from initial contact through to the first payment, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough discovery calls to identify client needs and challenges.
  • Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Close sales efficiently, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to the first payment.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to pricing and discounting to maximize deal value.
  • Utilize value selling techniques to effectively communicate the benefits of our AI Agents to SMB owners.
  • Demonstrate strong call control and follow-up strategies to nurture leads and convert opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed individual closing targets consistently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-velocity B2B sales with a track record of closing deals.
  • Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
  • Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
  • Strong understanding of value selling and call control techniques.
  • Experience selling products with a price range of $300–$650+ MRR.
  • Relentless follow-up capabilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to adapt to various client needs and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Experience selling software or technology products.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
  • Understanding of the SMB landscape in the U.S.
  • Previous success in a commission-based sales role.
