Sales Manager - Insurance(General Insurance -Motor/Health Insurance)

Job Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for handling the CSOs based out of
Chqbook Partner stores. These CSOs through direct interaction with customers will pitch
and sell Motor Insurance, health insurance, life insurance and other financial products. Sales
Managers will be responsible for driving productivity of each store as per agreed numbers.
Sales Manages to be highly motivated people with confidence, integrity, knowledge and
problem solving.

Responsibilities
 To manage and provide support to CSOs in developing Motor insurance, Health
Insurance business and other financial products from the Metro as well as any other
partner stores
 Responsible for having approved manning in place for each store
 To provide training to CSOs
 Responsible for implementing business process and controls as laid down by
company.
 To adhere to business process and controls as laid down by HO and ensure strict
compliance of regulations as laid down by IRDAI and other regulatory bodies.
 Travel to respective Stores as per agreed plan. 

Qualifications and Personal Attributes:
Customer Centric and drive in- store Motor Insurance and other financial products sales
at Chqbook Partner Stores.
Candidates with minimum 4 years’ experience of Motor/Health Insurance sales.
Candidate should have at least 2 year of team handling experience.
Desired Age Range-Below 30
Lucrative incentive structure.
High Proficiency in English and local language. Hindi would be added Bonus
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Own vehicle is a must
Minimum Graduate
Go getter attitude with flair for sales 
Ability to work well in a team environment, strong sense of professionalism and discretion
required

Excellent judgement, decision making skills and the ability to work under continual
deadline pressure.
Candidate must have a proven sales track record for Motor/health insurance.
Candidate would be handling a team size of 15 to 20 FOS.
