Sales Manager - Loans
TLDR
Drives in-store financial product sales through CSOs across partner stores, improving productivity and implementing processes.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for handling the CSOs based out of
Chqbook Partner stores. These CSOs through direct interaction with customers will pitch financial products like Business Loans, Personal Loans, Credit cards etc .
Sales Manager will be responsible for driving productivity of each store as per the agreed numbers.
Sales Manager to be highly motivated people with confidence, integrity, knowledge, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
>To manage and provide support to CSOs in developing business from financial products from the Metro as well as any other partner stores
>Responsible for having approved manning in place for each store
>To provide training to CSOs
>Responsible for implementing business process and controls as laid down by
company.
>Travel to respective Stores as per the agreed plan.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes:
> Customer-Centric and drive in-store financial products sales
at Chqbook Partner Stores.
> Candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Loans, Personal Loan and Credit Cards..
>Candidate should have at least 2 years of team handling experience.
> High Proficiency in English and local language. Hindi would be added Bonus
>Good communication skills both written and verbal.
>Own vehicle is a must
>Minimum Graduate
>Go getter attitude with a flair for sales
>Ability to work well in a team environment, a strong sense of professionalism and discretion
required
>Excellent judgement, decision-making skills and the ability to work under continual
deadline pressure.
>Candidate would be handling a team size of 15 to 20 FOS.
