Salesforce Database Intern

Position Description:
KPA is looking for Salesforce Data Interns to work on an engaging project. This internship will focus on data cleanup and enrichment efforts for KPA’s Customer and Prospect Database (CAPdb). The person filling this position will make a significant impact while gaining terrific database management experience.
More specifically, you will:
- Continue to build and validate our extensive Customer and Prospect database
- Coordinate the collection of updating account and contact details via research using various mediums such as external company data base tools and internet research
- Consolidate data collected directly into Salesforce.com
- Report on progress of data collection on a regular and ad-hoc basis.

- Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Outlook and Excel
- Ability to learn and work with Salesforce.com, prior experience a plus

Additional Details and Requirements:
- Must be able to work on a computer, typing, and viewing a screen - all of the time
- Stationary sitting or standing - all of the time
- Communicating verbally and/or in writing, hearing, and listening - some of the time
- Must have access to a personal computer
- This is a part-time, temporary position with a tentative end date of July 31st, 2023 (subject to change). Hours are flexible but the role will require a commitment of roughly 30 hours per week and availability for a weekly team meeting.
Physical Requirements:

- Communicating verbally, hearing, and listening - most of the time
- Lifting up to 10lbs - some of the time
Compensation:
- Pay rate of $15 - $17 an hour
