We’re looking for a passionate and curious Scientist to join our Assay Operations team in Princeton, New Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for capabilities within our Mass Spectrometry group. What You'll Do:
Responsible for the optimization, development, and implementation of affinity selection mass spectrometry screening workflows to support drug discovery initiatives.
Provide scientific guidance and technical expertise in mass spectrometry-based compound profiling, ensuring high-quality data generation and interpretation.
Support and execute additional mass spectrometry applications, including peptide mapping and intact mass analysis, to advance project objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and engage directly with clients to communicate results, provide insights, and address project needs.
Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant laboratory records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Who You Are:
MS/PhD in biological sciences (or equivalent) with 3-5yrs experience working both independently and collaboratively in a laboratory environment
Experience in Mass Spectrometry is essential
Familiarity with ligand binding techniques (i.e., SPR, DSF, radioligand binding) highly desirable
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Sigma Plot or GraphPad Prism is essential
Program Management experience highly desirable
Highly self-motivated, ability to work well in a cross-functional team and excellent communication skills are essential

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $66,775 to $90,325; Base salary offered may vary depending on the individual’s skills, experience and competitive market value. Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, flexible work, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
