Seasonal Sales Associate - Regent Street, London

OVERVIEW:

Peak season is coming.

From Black Friday to the New Year rush, our stores come alive with incredible energy, passionate customers and one team working together to create unforgettable experiences.

We're looking for Seasonal Team Members to join our Regent Street store from October 2026 through to January 2027 on 8-hour part-time contracts, with plenty of opportunities for additional hours throughout the season.

This isn't your typical retail hiring process. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to attend our Gymshark Seasonal Hiring Event at our London HQ, where you'll meet the team, experience our culture first-hand and show us what makes you a great fit for Team Gymshark.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Creating an energetic and welcoming environment for every customer.
• Delivering exceptional service and personalised product recommendations.
• Supporting customers with sizing, fit advice and styling recommendations.
• Maintaining high standards across the shop floor, fitting rooms and stockroom.
• Keeping best-selling products replenished and available.
• Supporting deliveries, stock organisation and operational tasks.
• Working collaboratively with the team during peak trading periods.
• Bringing Gymshark's values to life every single shift.
• Supporting store targets through outstanding service and strong product knowledge.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Criteria:

• Experience within a fast-paced customer-facing environment, ideally retail.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working as part of a team.
• Ability to remain positive, adaptable and solutions-focused during busy periods.
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Full right to work within the UK.
• Ability to attend our London Hiring Event on either 3rd or 4th October 2026.
• Available to start employment from 26th October 2026.
