Role Summary

The Securities Services Specialist – Asset Reunification is part of the Mutual Fund Proxy team and plays a key role in supporting the recovery and reunification of shareholder assets. This role focuses on accurate handling of shareholder correspondence, document intake, and preparation of client submittals for processing.

The successful candidate will support time-sensitive casework related to unclaimed property and asset recovery, ensuring documentation is processed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Generating and processing outbound mail related to asset reunification cases
  • Scanning and indexing inbound shareholder correspondence
  • Preparing and scanning submittals and TA presentments to Sirius for processing
  • Reviewing documentation for completeness and routing appropriately
  • Maintaining accurate electronic records
  • Supporting resolution of case discrepancies
  • Assisting leadership with ad-hoc operational tasks

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviors:

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, financial services, or administrative processing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with document scanning or records management preferred
  • Basic understanding of Transfer Agent operations is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and workflows
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills

Compensation

  • We offer a rate in the range of $22-25 per hour. Compensation packages are commensurate with experience and location.
