Security Executive (Loss & Prevention)

Job Descriptions

• To assist the security manager to manage the overall security related issues.
• To conduct serious and complex criminal investigations and retain responsibility as the officer-in-case.
• To complete comprehensive investigation reports and case files.
• To conduct interviews with potential witnesses and the subjects of investigations.
• To conduct research into the background of individuals that are related to an investigation.
• To manage the complaints system to ensure that all the complaints communicated are handled carefully and appropriate follow-up action is taken.
• To manage the security and storage of information, evidence and documents related to investigations.
• To liaise with internal and external parties including local law and other enforcement authorities, as necessary to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the investigation process.
• To manage and deal with police reports if required.
• To prepare concise and timely reports on activities related to investigations as required.
• To monitor and identify any illegal activities.
• To monitor and assist CIT operations.
• To conduct SRA and ability of risk mitigation to reduce loss across the organization.
• To prepare reports of daily activities and irregularities such as property damage, theft, present and unusual occurrences.
• To ensure enforcement and implementation of security policies set by the company.
• To conduct training to the subordinates on a weekly basis and documented.
• To undertake any other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in any studies.
• Required at least 3 years of experiences in the relevant field, especially in Investigation/Loss & Prevention.
• Can work in warehouse environment.
• Good in communication, interpersonal skills, handling crisis situations and solving problems.
• Have own transportation as need to travel to other states for investigations.
• Able to work on shifts and 6 days per week.
