General Summary

The Security Supervisor II leads site security operations, ensuring the protection of employees, visitors, assets, and business activities. This role oversees security personnel and systems, supports investigations, coordinates security initiatives, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a safe, compliant, and secure environment. The position plays a key role in driving operational excellence while fostering a proactive security culture across the organization.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required;
  • Technical or associate degree in Security Management, Criminality, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in physical security.
  • Experience managing security services in a corporate or regulated environment.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with administrative processes, documentation, and recordkeeping.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organized with strong reporting and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
