Senior Access Manager

Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Access Manager to join a project in the area of access management, security, and identity control, ensuring the correct assignment, review, and deactivation of access rights, as well as compliance with security and licensing requirements.

What will you do?

• Ensure the approval and management of access assignment, guaranteeing that users have only the profiles required to perform their duties.
• Responsible for access deactivation, data security validation, and ensuring that adequate licensing is in place for all users.
• Effective management of the project scope, particularly in decommissioning requests, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare follow-up reports, management information, and materials to support decision-making.

What are we looking for?

• Up to 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in access management, IAM, or SAP.
• Higher education degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
• Good knowledge of access management applications, namely IAM and SAP.
• Fluent command of English.
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal relationship skills, organization, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments are also valued.
• Basic knowledge of hypervisor systems, namely VMware.
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, Azure and AWS Cloud, project management, report preparation, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
