Senior Account Executive, Social

Assembly Media Inc., a subsidiary of Daniel J. Edelman Holdings, Inc. is looking for a talented marketing communications professional at the Senior Account Executive level to join our growing Social Community Management team. The SAE, Social is the client’s eyes and ears on social and will partner closely with internal and client teams in community management, editorial calendar management content ideation and copywriting. You understand the intricacies of the social platforms and bring social-first, strategic thinking to the table, with the ability to capitalize on real-time opportunities and social trends. You will partner closely with the account and client teams to develop, manage, and post approved social responses, proactively flag opportunities to the team, and work with strategy and analytics to develop insights and recommendations for the client.
Responsibilities
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple work streams simultaneously
- - Maintain an accurate and current content calendar, ensuring all updates and changes are reflected in master documents and tools.
- - Craft copy and support asset development for social posts, exhibiting strong cultural competency and considering inclusive language, post formats, images, and headlines.
- - Engage with audiences across social channels and proactively flag opportunities for the brand and escalate issues as needed in a timely matter.
- - Partners with data and analytics team to uncover valuable insights to share with clients and enhance work, and creative and strategy teams to deliver impactful creative recommendations and content.
- - Coordinate and support social media activations for top-tier social media and digital campaigns and events across markets.
- - Work collaboratively with all implementation teams to ensure that the client’s communications/marketing objectives and strategies are met.
- - Draft and optimize process improvements for the community management discipline, including workflows, tools, and responsibilities. best practices
- - Support the research, planning and development of key projects and strategic recommendations for clients
- - Serve as day-to-day social point of contact for various clients
- -Exhibit solid understanding of key client information including general business strategy, industry issues and trends, products and services offered, key customers and competitors in the digital and social marketplace.
- - Provide guidance on social engagement and participation on existing channels, identifying, and evaluating opportunities
basic Qualifications
- - At least two years of experience in corporate or executive communications, event planning, public relations, marketing, or related fields
- - A passion for Tech industry preferred
- - You are a storyteller and copywriter and able to amplify a brand’s message through its social channels and beyond.
- - A solid grasp of core social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and how they are used.
- - Demonstrated track record of developing and executing creative, engaging, and successful digital marketing and social media programs for clients.
- - Experience in client relations including having the ability to understand and assess a client’s business needs and communication needs and meet those needs through successful digital and social programs.
- - Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail
