This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workflow for high-volume activity in a fast-paced, growing company.  ResponsibilitiesPerforming all accounts payable activities, including invoice submission tracking, GL coding and payment processing for multiple entities and departments, filing and data storage, and creating process efficiencies as needed.Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external business partners.Assisting with quarterly closing, compliance and financial audits as needed.Assisting with year-end 1099 preparation and maintaining W-9 records.Other ad hoc projects/duties as assigned.
